4X4 RIDE & CHILL 3 (Wilbinga)
The Royal College Old Boys Association Western Australia proudly hosted the third edition of the 4X4 RIDE & CHILL event, with the action taking place at the spectacular Wilbinga Dunes. This fantastic day brought together Old Boys for an unforgettable adventure combining off-road excitement with genuine mateship.
Under perfect weather conditions, participants navigated the challenging yet rewarding terrain of Wilbinga’s pristine dunes, showcasing both driving skills and vehicle capabilities. The event provided an ideal balance of wild four-wheel driving and relaxed social interaction, allowing Old Boys to reconnect while enjoying Western Australia’s stunning coastal landscape.
The itinerary ensured everyone, from seasoned off-road enthusiasts to newcomers, could participate safely and confidently. The camaraderie was evident throughout the day as participants shared driving tips, assisted with challenging sections, and celebrated successful conquests (and a few failures that we don’t discuss) of the more demanding dune faces.
RCOBAWA’s commitment to organizing quality events shone through in every detail, from route planning to safety briefings. The event reinforced the Association’s role in fostering lasting friendships and creating new memories among Royal College alumni.
As participants packed up their vehicles at day’s end, the consensus was clear – 4X4 RIDE & CHILL 3 had delivered another outstanding experience that strengthened the bonds of the RCOBAWA community.
